Course learning focus.

This course is divided into 3 parts.

1. Setting up a foundation/charitable organisation in a foreign jurisdiction.
2. Understanding and interpreting the language of contract clauses.
3. Identifying a breach of Contract/Agreement and applying the relevant law to the facts of a case.
